The idea was to back date the things I have accomplished since starting here, but I never seem to have enough time to do it. Today, we had a faulty meeting with all of the usual doom and gloom of the future of our department. Next semester, Aaron and I will have to teach 14 hours a week, a substantial increase in hours for the same pay. We were also told there will not be any promotions this year, so I can forget moving up to Associate Professor. One of my new courses next semester will be a lecture with 150 students. Yikes!!!
